“You Won’t Believe What’s on the Menu” — Seattle Mariners Unveil Surprising New Ballpark Food Lineup for 2026 at T-Mobile Park.P1

SEATTLE — Baseball fans heading to T-Mobile Park this season may discover that the biggest highlight of the night isn’t just happening on the field. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Seattle Mariners, the organization has revealed an ambitious new lineup of ballpark food and drinks ahead of Opening Day on March 26, promising a culinary experience that could rival the action between the lines.

For decades, Mariners fans have proudly claimed that the food scene at T-Mobile Park is among the best in Major League Baseball. But this season, team officials say they’ve taken that reputation to another level. From creative seafood dishes to iconic local restaurant collaborations and collectible souvenirs, the 2026 menu rollout has quickly become one of the most talked-about parts of the upcoming season.

“This year had to be special,” one team representative said while unveiling the new lineup. “We’re celebrating 50 seasons of Mariners baseball, and we wanted fans to feel that excitement the moment they walk into the ballpark.”

Perhaps the most eye-catching addition is a souvenir item that blends local history with baseball culture. A special Washington State Ferry Boat serving vessel will debut at the stadium, honoring 75 years of the Washington State Ferries system while also commemorating the Mariners’ golden anniversary season. The collectible dish will serve several menu items, including the classic Fish & Chips, turning a simple meal into a keepsake fans can take home.

But the ferry boat is just the beginning.

The new menu also introduces a lineup of seafood-inspired stadium dishes designed to match Seattle’s coastal identity. Among them are Bases Loaded Crab Nachos, featuring crispy wonton chips layered with cheese sauce, crab salad, sesame seeds, green onions, and Thai chili sauce. Another standout is the Dockside Double Dip, a shareable platter that pairs wonton chips with two rich crab-based dips: a beer cheese crab dip and a spinach-artichoke crab dip.

Fans looking for something simpler will still have plenty of options, including crab fries, Old Bay fries, chicken tenders with fries, and the always-popular garlic fries. Yet the Mariners clearly wanted the 50th anniversary menu to go beyond typical stadium food.

Local favorites from across Seattle are joining the ballpark lineup this year, adding authenticity and variety to the experience. Legendary bakery Piroshky Piroshky will bring its famous pastries to the stadium, including Beef & Cheese piroshky, Potato & Cheese, Jalapeño Sausage, and even a Chocolate Cream Hazelnut dessert version.

Another new addition is El Rinconsito, known for its bold Mexican flavors. Fans will now be able to order Asada Tacos, Birria Tacos, Quesadillas, and burritos directly from the stadium concourse, alongside refreshing aguas frescas in flavors like horchata, tamarind, and hibiscus.

For barbecue lovers, Rolling Smoke BBQ will introduce a lineup of slow-smoked classics including rib platters, brisket sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, loaded mac and cheese, BBQ pit beans, and traditional coleslaw.

Even the dessert lineup has received a creative upgrade thanks to a collaboration involving Salt & Straw. The company will debut its unique Tacolate dessert at the ballpark—a chocolate taco-inspired treat featuring cinnamon-ancho ice cream packed inside a waffle cone shell, dipped in dark chocolate and finished with crunchy puffed quinoa. Another flavor, Pots of Gold & Rainbows, uses cereal-infused cream and colorful marshmallow pieces for a nostalgic twist.

Returning fan-favorite vendors are also expanding their menus for the new season. Nakagawa Sushi will introduce the Trident Roll featuring crab salad, salmon, yellowtail, avocado, cucumber, and sesame seeds wrapped in soy paper. Meanwhile, the Tamari Bar will add Curry Donuts served with its signature curry sauce along with a hearty Miso-Katsu Bowl and a vegan curry option.

Other familiar names returning to the stadium include Marination, Great State Burger, Ivar’s, and MOTO Pizza, each bringing new menu additions for the anniversary season.

Great State Burger, for example, will introduce the Great State Dog, an all-beef hot dog topped with pickles, cheese, lettuce, and the brand’s signature sauce. The restaurant will also serve a veggie burger option alongside its popular sea salt chocolate chip cookie.

Perhaps the most fan-friendly change this year is the expansion of the Mariners’ value menu. The team confirmed that 15 new items have been added to the affordable food lineup, along with seven new value beer choices including canned beers, a draft option, and even a non-alcoholic beer.

Several concession partners across the stadium will now offer their own discounted menu items as well, a move the organization hopes will make game day more accessible for families and longtime fans alike.

As Opening Day approaches, excitement around the Mariners’ 50th season is already building. The team will also debut collectible cups and souvenir ice cream helmets throughout the year, each featuring designs celebrating different eras of Mariners baseball.

For fans, the message from the organization is clear: the 2026 season at T-Mobile Park isn’t just about baseball. It’s about celebrating half a century of memories—with a menu bold enough to match the moment.

And if early reactions from fans are any indication, the Mariners may have just turned their ballpark into one of the most exciting food destinations in all of sports.
